# CSDDD Navigator

> A free, independent, plain-English hub and toolset for the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD, also called CS3D). Published by Nukipa Labs GmbH. Not affiliated with the EU. Guidance, not legal advice.

The CSDDD is Directive (EU) 2024/1760, significantly amended by the "Omnibus I" package, Directive (EU) 2026/470 (in force 18 March 2026). After Omnibus I it applies directly to EU companies with more than 5,000 employees AND over EUR 1.5 billion worldwide net turnover, and to non-EU companies with over EUR 1.5 billion of net turnover generated in the EU. A single application date of 26 July 2029 applies to all in-scope companies (transposition by 26 July 2028; first reporting for financial years starting on or after 1 January 2030). Smaller companies are commonly affected indirectly, as suppliers and business partners of in-scope companies. All figures on this site reflect the final post-Omnibus text and are sourced to EUR-Lex, the European Commission, the OECD and the UN Guiding Principles.
